Tamils, Muslims should learn to live with Sinhalese - Mano

Parliamentarian Mano Ganesan said Tamils and Muslims must move on from the results of the recently concluded Presidential Poll and strive to live in close harmony with the country's majority Sinhala population.
He said they should consider this scenario as both Tamils and Muslims too will have to live in this country alongside its Sinhalese majority and ought to overcome the mindset of trying to live in the country as if it is a foreign land.
Ganesan made these remarks while expounding how Tamils and Muslims voted in the recent Polls.
"The message that has been given by the Tamils in the Poll should be understood by the Sinhala people. Likewise the message given by the Sinhala people in the South too has to be understood by the Tamils and Muslim in the rest of the country," said Ganesan
