Military camps in North shouldn't be removed - Malwatta Chapter's Anu Nayake Thera

Anu Nayake Thera of the Malwatta Chapter, Venerable Dimbulkumbure Wimaladhamma Thera has said that whatever development Projects that are carried out, they should not be a hindrance to national security of the country.
Accordingly, Ven. Wimaladhamma Thera pointed out that Military camps in North and East should never be removed citing that it is for the development.
He expressed his thoughts regarding the matter while in discussion with new Minister of Higher Education, Bandula Gunawardana.
Ven. Wimaladhamma Thera stated that though the opinion was that a Sinhala Buddhist cannot be elected without the support of the minorities, it was changed with the appointment of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
He further explanation that the these camps should remain to establish the national security not to be against the minorities of the country.
