Leaders should be patriotic to progress a country

Looking back at the socioeconomic backdrop of Sri Lanka before 1948 and after, it is clear that significant changes have taken place periodically. Let us revisit these crucial times of our economy and look at Sri Lanka from the eyes of Lee Kuan Yew, the great visionary who guided Singapore into the economic superpower it is today.
