Good Governance

( April 17, 2015, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian)  Good Governance is indications on how public institutions conduct public affairs and manage resources belong to the public.  Often, Good Governance focuses on a set of rules and requirements that confirms to organizational agenda.   To promote Good Governance, State, Private Sector and Civil Society will have to work hand in hand, with one word, vision and a mission.
