Special police unit to probe Thajudeen’s death?

A special police unit has reportedly commenced investigations again regarding the mysterious death of the rugby player Wasim Thajudeen.

The investigation hat had taken place two and a half years ago, where Wasim Thajudee had allegedly been killed and his body burnt by setting his vehicle on fire. But even post mortom report has not been come out yet. As we revealed before there was a close connection with the former President Mahinda Rajapaksha's son, Yoshitha Rajapaksha and the  mysterious death of Wasin Thajudeen.

Thajudeen, who represented the Sri Lanka National Rugby team, became the Rugby Player of the year in 2009. He had played for several famous local rugby teams as well.
