Only a progressive left movement can bring victories to country – Bimal

The unity and the sovereignty of the country could be defended and victories politically could be achieved to the country only by the Left says the National Organizer of the JVP and the President of Peace and Solidarity Council of Sri Lanka Bimal Ratnayaka.
He said this addressing a seminar held at Grand Oriental Hotel in Colombo yesterday (19th) under the theme ‘Challenges imposed by imperialists’ interventions and extremism’ to mark the 69th Anniversary of World Peace Council.
The Executive Secretary of World Peace Council Iraklis Tsavdaridis and a large number of local and foreign intellectuals were present.
