(Lanka-e-News-03.June.2014, 11.55PM) Under section 87 of the penal code paragraph 7 ,criminal activities including robbery, looting, assaults, night burglaries of houses and arson committed by an individual by holding out threats ; criminal trespass or by giving authority to these activities under paragraph 5 ; or hatching conspiracies under paragraph 5 (a) to commit these activities are offences punishable under the Penal code paragraph 15.
