SC judge Marsoof held captive by MaRa :Therefore changes earlier SC verdict on impeachment
(Lanka-e-News-01.March.2014, 10.00PM) The verdict given some time ago by the appeal court based on a directive of the supreme court (SC) itself relating to the impeachment motion against the former chief justice, was amended by the SC recently because Saleem Marsoof the president of the panel of judges who sat in the latest hearing , is a captive held firm within the grip of Medamulana MaRa who has in his possession details of a crime committed by Marsoof, according to reports reaching Lanka e news inside information division.
The decision earlier on given by the SC was , the Parliament standing order 78A empowering the speaker to appoint a select committee for appointment of judges pertaining to the impeachment motion is null and void in law.
Marsoof the President of the present panel of judges of the SC had at the outset been against the overturning of the previous SC decision which stated that such an appointment is invalid in law and violates the constitution . Marsoof being the President of the panel , there was ample room for the others in the panel too to give their assent to his decision . However ,one of the judges of the panel who is a MaRa’s stooge has sneaked on this to MaRa. The present chief justice Mohan Peiris the notorious Pachoris ( Cheat Justice) has then come to MaRa’s rescue and proffered advice revealing the following information about Marsoof to MaRa :
The police some time ago seized a load of timber when it was being transported from Nikaweratiya to Puttalam. This timber had been transported for the construction of Marsoof’s house. Marsoof had enlisted the assistance of a lawyer in the attorney general’s department to get the lorry released. The name of that lawyer is Malin Dhanansuriya who had intervened and released the lorry. The present CJ ( cheating justice ) Peiris alias Pachoris was the AG at that time , and he had come to know of all the details of this racket.
Medamulana MaRa who became aware of it through Peiris had taken into his custody all the files relating to the timber transport . Thereafter he had made Marsoof his captive via veiled threats inducing Marsoof to amend the very sacrosanct decision of the SC. Marsoof who descended to the level as low as that of a dog was forced to eat his own excreta having no other place to go to eat or defecate after becoming MaRa’s captive.
In the end Saleem Marsoof like several others who are held captive by MaRa had to stoop and condescend to MaRa ‘s orders thereby giving a corrupt court verdict in order to cover up his own fraud. In other words , MaRa and Marsoof achieved their dastardly illegal goals together sacrificing the national and judicial interests of the country at the altar of their selfish opportunistic ambitions.
