(SALEM) - If India had trained Sri Lankan armed forces to defeat the Tamil Tigers, it doesn't speak very much of the Indian training. How much the Indian training had benefited the Sinhalese, none of us can judge, but the Sinhalese use of rape as a weapon of war, doesn't speak very much of the Indian training.
