Cameron Defends Sri Lanka Visit Amid Criticism
David Cameron has defended his decision to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Governments Meeting after it was boycotted by three countries.
The UN and rights groups say as many as 40,000 civilians may have been killed in the final stages of Sri Lanka's 25-year civil war against the rebel Tamil Tigers in May 2009.
