A complaint has been lodged with the Judicial Services Commission (JSC) by an Attorney at Law against a Magistrate for committing irregularities and insulting lawyers.
K. V. Lal Shantha, Attorney at law, has made complaints to the Secretary, JSC against the Magistrate alleging irregularities in carrying out duties and violating laws and insulting lawyers.
