Mass protests triggered by the recent discovery of three bags containing marked ballot papers at a school in Puttalam are far from over. Elections Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya has pledged a high level probe and the matter is now before courts. Defeated candidates are demanding a re-poll but the Polls Chief has said such action would be possible only on a court order. So be it!
