In any civilized country, after an armed conflict with the insurgents alleged to represent the oppressed community, the re-establishment of friendly relations with the oppressed community is promoted and encouraged by all means. A group representing all communities is formed to find out the truth and ensure justice. Such reconciliation measures include forgiveness and accommodation between conflicting communities.
