Somawansa in International Communist Seminar

The Leader of the JVP Somawansa Amarasinghe is participating in International Communist Seminar being held in Belgium at present states the media unit of the JVP. This is the biggest collection of communist parties in the world and more than 60 parties including parties that hold state power such as Vietnam participate in the Seminar states the media unit of the JVP.
Mr. Somawansa presented a document and a statement regarding imperialist effects and the danger for democracy and he has held bilateral talks with leaders of many workers’ parties that are participating in the seminar.
After the seminar Mr. Somawansa is scheduled to meet several political parties and civil organizations in Belgium and Belgium – Netherlands Committee of the JVP has arranged Mr. Somawansa to meet Sri Lankans living in the two countries states the media unit of the JVP.
