Arrested for selling flowers Nine people including seven women were arrested while selling flowers illegally along the pavement near the Kalutara Bodhiya today, Police said. They said separate places had been assigned for flower stalls and those engaged in selling flowers out side were arrested to avoid the inconveniences to devotees.
