All respondents of the petition filed with the Court of Appeal by Chief Justice Dr. Shirani Bandaranayake seeking an injunction against taking action on the report of the Parliamentary Select Committee have been noticed states the Registrar of the Court of Appeal. The petition will be heard tomorrow (3rd).

The respondents noticed are the Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa, Parliamentarians  Anura Priyadhrshana Yapa, Nimal Siripala de Silva, A.D. Susil Premajayanthe, Dr. Rajitha Senaratne, Wimal Weerawansa, Dilan Perrera, Neomal Perera, John Amaratunga, R. Sambanthan, Vijitha Herath and Lakshman Kiriella and the Secretary General of the Parliament W.D. Dissanayake.
