Does Criminal Amare ‘malli’ have IT knowledge?: Wasn’t it Dallas who maligned poor Vimukthi as not Vijaya’s child ?- Mangala Monday 9 of July 2012 (Lanka-e-News-09.July.2012, 9.30PM) UNP M P Mangala Samaweera said , he wishes to question the Govt . which alleges that Julampitiya Amare ‘malli’ (younger brother ) is made a child rapist and criminal by the internet, whether this Julampitiya Amare who the President addresses fondly as ‘malli’ has even an iota of knowledge of information technology? Is n’t Dallas Alahaperuma who made most outrageous allegations earlier on that Vimukthi Kumaratunge was not the child of Viyaya, who is now accusing the electronic media of maligning and slinging mud ? he asked . Mangala made these comments when he addressed a media briefing yesterday (8) in Colombo to roundly condemn the venom and vengeances directed by the Govt. ‘coolies’, lackeys and cronies against the news websites that expose Govt. sins and evils which are plunging the people into eternal despair while criminals and rapists are allowed to have a whale of a time in league with unconscionable hard hearted political sharks of the Govt.  Mangala who justifiably took up cudgels on behalf of fearless websites that are expressing the facts and exposing the Govt. malpractices, misdeeds and corruption went on to speak thus : The police spokesman , SP Ajith Rohana had disclosed that during the past six months , there had been 700 teenage rapes. That is, SL is now in the first place in the world on rape crimes .  Is this a sign that it is fast becoming a miracle on the lines promised by the President ? Countless child rapes and sexual crimes are being reported not only from Hambantota and Matara but even across the entire country. Mangala explained how a mother expressed her grave fears common to all mothers in this country in this present climate of raging crime and rapes under this regime. She had said , until her young daughter returns home after school , she is in great anxiety and apprehension in regard to her safety. She had added that they did not harbor this amount of fear even during the period of the war. This Govt. has created such an environment where a teenage girl cannot now safely travel on the road , Samaraweera regretted . It can be said without any trace of doubt that the Mahinda Rajapakse Govt. is responsible for all these rapes committed on children and women for , in every such crime a Govt. heavyweight , politician, drug peddler or at least a pro Rajapakse heroin addict is involved , he noted .This is because these criminals know ahead how safe they are on account of the absolute impunity they enjoy under the Rajapakse reign.  Heroin business is thriving in Colombo, Galle , Matara and other areas. In these businesses , it is the Ministers and MPs of the Govt. who are directly or indirectly involved . Either these criminals are close cronies and associates of this Govt. or are enjoying political patronage. These evil businesses have a strong link with child molestations and rapes, Samaraweera pointed out. These crimes of rapes , heroin peddling , heroin addiction etc. are raging in SL because all these criminals are fully aware of the absolute lawlessness in the country , and that if they are friends , stooges or associates of the Govt. MPs or Ministers they have the license to commit them openly and escape punishment. The best illustration of this close association between criminals and politicians is the fond ‘ machan’ relationship prevailing between the highest in the hierarchy of this Country , President Mahinda Rajapakse and the worst among criminals and rapists, Julampitiya Amare . The President addresses Amare as ‘malli’ (younger brother) , while criminal and underworld leader Amare addresses President as ‘aiyya’ (elder brother) , Samaraweera observed. Another case in point was the propulsion of a notorious teenage rapist and an alleged drug peddler to the position of a Govt. M .P. , and then promoting him as defense Ministry advisor . By this the Govt. has made it abundantly clear that as long as, even the worst criminal and rapist is with the Govt. ,he will be pampered and mollycoddled regardless of laws and national interests. It is therefore no wonder rapes and crimes have spiraled out of control , as every rapist and criminal finds the Rajapakse reign as a haven that safeguards rather than punish after the most heinous crimes are committed by them. All that is necessary for them is to ingratiate themselves into the favor of the Rajapkses even by foul means. This Rajapakse reign which has no sense of shame because rapes and crimes have become a way of life for the govt. stooges and its politicos, says brazenly the parents must be responsible for these crimes . On the contrary, it is the Govt. that is absolutely and directly responsible particularly because, by allowing the culprits to go unpunished it is creating an environment of ruthless elimination of the law abiding citizens to make room for survival of criminals , Samaraweera lamented.  No matter what , the Govt. governed by a ‘thailaya’(charmed oil) and superstition based agenda is trying to conceal all its , corruption , crimes, callousness , profligacy and egregious blunders by vainly blaming on the electronic media and , stifling and strangling them because they are exposing all the Govt.’s monumental evils and  sins., We ask whether these underworld ‘aiyyas’ and ‘mallis’ of the President have even an e mail address . Has President’s Julampitiya Amare ‘malli’ any knowledge of computer use or its technology  By the moronic Govt.’s stupid claim that rapes are on the increase because of the use of these international websites which are giving out uncensored news on the corruption in the Govt. , it is only unwittingly insulting and harming the intelligentsia and the younger generation who are using the internet for their advancement and progress in the modern world. It has become very evident that it is the drug addicts, most uneducated and sinister murderous groups of Govt. politicians of the districts intoxicated with the Rajapakse evil power who are indulging in all these outrageous rapes and crimes. Minister Dallas Alahaperuma accuses that the international websites are mudslinging at politicians and artistes , and indulging in character assassinations. Was it not this same shameless Dallas who went on making character assassinations via the newspapers and the media in the nineties against the former President Chandrika Kumaratunge and her family by making announcements that Vimukthi Kumaratunge is not Vijaya Kumaratunge’s child.? What is the right this shameless faceless Dallas have to accuse us of mudslinging ? Samaraweera asked. President Mahinda Rajapakse attending a finance select Committee meeting said, this website in question had demanded Rs. 50 million after threatening certain individuals . Is it not the responsibility of a President who makes such irresponsible utterances to immediately commence an impartial preliminary inquiry into this serious accusation of which he knows best , as he made this charge with his own tongue in his mouth ? Should he also not take the responsibility of exposing the extortionists, if any in the best interests of the country ?  Irrespective of the stench and squalor in which this Govt. is steeped , the Govt. media has made it a religion to insult and vilify the opposition leader and the opposition members 24 hours of the day , who are maintaining a scrupulously clean record of honesty and integrity.. A standing example is Govt.’s warped thinking squint visionary Hudson Silva better known as ‘mudson’ Silva whose whole time occupation is slinging mud at the opponents of the Govt. using his foul mouth from which never a decent word escapes, Samaraweera stated.
