Foreign minister enforce law against an offending commuter who drove a BMW
Foreign minister Mangala Samaraweera has told the police to take stern action against a commuter who has rebuked a Russian diplomat in foul language inside the Hyde Park car park.

The person who came in this BMW has been identified as Manjula Wijekoon. It is reported that this person is alleged selling a drug named “exteasy” and the latter is a bosom pal of the former notorious minister Sajin Vaas Gunawardana who is now in remand custody.. Further
