By Sulochana Ramiah Mohan-2014-12-01
Director, Security Risks Asia, a South Asian security risk consultancy firm and an expert in counter militancy and terrorism , Rtd. Brigadier Rahul Bhonsle tells Ceylon Today that the Chinese PLA Navy's intention was clearly to gain exposure to the waters of the Indian Ocean for future operations.
