Report: Internet users are under threat in Sri Lanka

This paper deems that the post-war outlook for freedom of expression on the internet in Sri Lanka is not bright. It argues that online journalists and bloggers have come under attack and surveillance. Furthermore, it notices that websites have been shutdown and media premises have been attacked.
