Wife of a Sri Lankan elected 2nd time to European parliament

Wife of a Sri Lankan has reelected for the next five years  to the European Parliament yesterday (25). She is Babara Lochbielar and wife of the well-known writer Ranjith Henayakaarchchi. Babara contested form the Green party and elected for the second time to the European parliament.
 She has a wide experience as a senior officer with more than 10 years experience in Human Rights field works for Amnestey internation in Germany.

During her last 5 years as the chief of human Rights unit in the European parliament safeguard human rights in the large number of countries including Myanmar and Arab. We congratulate Babara to strengthen and uplift Human Rights in suppressed countries.
