Gota’s insanity hits a new high:to establish nuclear and chemical weapon laboratory with Pakistan jointly
(Lanka-e-News-20.July.2013, 5.30PM) Though there are no reports of war threats in Sri Lanka (SL) , Gotabaya Rajapakse last week joined with Pakistan to accumulate arms shaken by the fear of the monumentally growing protests of the oppressed people of Sri Lanka against the family of Rajapakse brothers.
A research laboratory complex in line with the Karachi University's international Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences , (ICCBS) ,Pakistan is to be constructed at an expense of Rs. 135 million in the Kotalawela defense academy , the international media of the zone had revealed.
According to the official website of the Pakistan defense division, the I.C.C.B.S chief Dr. Ata Ur Rahman , Professor Mohomed Kuwaizer and its Director Dr. Chowdhury were flown down to SL recently by Gota and secret discussions had been held in this connection. Though it was revealed erroneously to the media, that discussions were based on nuclear and chemical research with a view to civilians’ security , the truth about transactions which took place between Gota and the Pakistan team was not made mention.
Many intriguing questions have sprung up following this discussion :
Ordinarily , when a government is to establish a laboratory to conduct research on chemical and nuclear reactor based on civilian technological needs , that must be done via the State civil Institutions, such as The Research division of the Ministry of power and energy or Research division of the Health Ministry , and moreover a Ministry of scientific and technology itself is there for this purpose.
1. Hence this aforementioned laboratory must be established in a facility belonging to one of those Ministries. If not , in the Colombo, Peradeniya ,Moratuwa or some other University .
In the circumstances , it is questioned why is this laboratory going to be built in the so called University (named just a day or two ago by Gota) still in its infancy , and which is a military academy that is not open to civil population ?
2. What is the guarantee that can be given to a civilized world that in this secretive laboratory to be established by Gotabaya who is implicated in war crimes and against whom there are charges of gross human rights violations including use of cluster bombs and chemical weapons such as white-phosphorous ammunition , giving orders to kill those who came to surrender during the war , when he now joins with a country like Pakistan which is notorious for links with international terrorists, that nuclear and chemical weapons will not be produced .
If the research to be carried out in this Laboratory is with peace objectives, then why are the civil Institutions mentioned herein-before and the civilian intelligentsia not enlisted for the project?

It is an incontrovertible fact that because of the foolhardiness and lack of grey matter of Gota , already SL is treated with contempt by the world , and is classified as a fundamentalist country . If the latest venture of Gota which is based on his stupidity , eccentricity and idiocy is to materialize , it will be the innocent citizens of SL who are right now hard put even to get a square meal a day who will suffer if sanctions are imposed on SL like those on Iran and Iraq , and not the American citizen like Gota or the Rajapakse family who have monumental assets world wide accumulated out of illicit deals and commissions after sacrificing the interests of the people and country at the altar of Rajapakse prosperity since the day they took hold of the reins of the country.
If these nuclear and chemical weapons which are more lethal than the ordinary arms are to be under the control of an uncontrollably maniacally mad murderous Gota who even now uses the maximum arms and evil force to stifle a simple opposition protest of workers , media personnel and civilian unrest founded on justifiable grounds , the devastation that can result will be worse than that created by the equally power greedy , megalomaniacal Saddam Hussein , former President of Libya who finally had to hide in a culvert only to be shot like a dog by the oppressed people. It is the general consensus that Gota has undertaken to clean drains and culverts with an unholy haste because it is his hope that he and his Rajapakse clan, at least can hide in a clean drain while awaiting the fate that befell Saddam , their mentor which is surely and swiftly coming.
It is natural for any dictator to seek arms and weapons more and more when the signs of his own destruction are becoming clear and getting close more and more.
