SL chief justice guilty of official misconduct –attends function of accused charged in SC

(Lanka-e-News-04.April.2013, 8.30PM) Mohan Peiris the chief thief justice who was appointed illegally via machinations nursed and nurtured in the backyard of the Temple Trees had committed a grave misdeed.
This thief of a chief justice who had the misfortune of being not invited for the inaugural ceremony of the SL Bar Association , was fortunate just enough to be invited by the Royal College Colombo, for pinning the badge on the junior students leader . Peiris most enthusiastically pinned the badge on the student while also exposing himself to the guilt of grave official misconduct.
The Royal College Prinicipal , Upali Gunasekera is an individual who is tainted with a heap of allegations of corruption , and even now there are two cases being heard against him in the Supreme court (SC). One of the cases was filed by the Government service Commission for obstructing the performance of official duties of a female Deputy Principal , while the other case against him is for not awarding a student the due recognition, and taking him out from the squash game . This pupil is the son of a very bright Royal College student . Both these are fundamental rights petition cases filed in the SC.
This Mohn Peiris while holding the post of CJ , by attending a function organized by an accused in the SC against whom two cases are being heard and which come under his purview , has acted in gross breach of the impartiality he is expected to maintain as a chief justice , his popular status as a thief justice apart. It is a pity that this thief of a chief justice , who had never been even a magistrate does not know the code of ethics or court traditions , let alone justice.
This is a most serious misconduct committed by the Chief justice of SL which can lay him bare to an impeachment motion being brought against him.
