CJ asking three months time is a Newspaper canard: SC judges threatened endlessly

(Lanka-e-News -12.Jan.2013, 10.30PM ) The news report in the Lanka deepa newspaper which is more popular as a trash newspaper boutique of President MaRa has carried an article written by Ranjith Ananda Jayasinghe that the chief justice (CJ ) Dr. Shiranee Bandaranaike asked for three months time from MaRa, is an absolute lie based on reports reaching Lanka e news. It learnt that the lawyers for the CJ are taking legal measures against this paper canard. Meanwhile the report of the Select Committee which held the CJ guilty on three charges was passed in Parliament by a majority (that there was no voting on that) , and this has been conveyed by the speaker the cheat by letter yesterday night itself to the despotic President MaRa , receipt of which had also been confirmed by the Presidential secretariat. After dismissing the present CJ unlawfully from her post , MaRa the despot is to appoint former Attorney General (AG) and present Presidential advisor Mohan Peiris as the new CJ, it is learnt . It is an internationally acknowledged fact that unscrupulous Mohan Peiris is a profuse and blatant liar ,which was borne testimony to when he told the international community that he has reliable evidence to show that Prageeth Ekneliyagoda who went missing some years ago is alive and is in another country. But when the Ekneliyagoda case was taken up here , he contradicted his statement and said , it is not so. This same Mohan Peiris was a Director at the commencement of the security service ‘Rakna Lanka’ of Gotabaya Rajapakse . He still continues to be its Director for many years since the service was launched. Already he is nursing sweet dreams of entrusting the security detail for judges to Rakna Lanka at the first opportunity when he becomes a CJ , after dismissing the present security detail providing security to the judges. After the unlawful passage of the resolution in Parliament yesterday , the SC judges , are receiving threats and intimidation by phone.In the present atmosphere , the SC judges and every Lawyers’ association had assured that they would always be with the CJ in every decision she takes in the future. If the CJ is ousted unlawfully , and another is appointed , there is a large number of Lawyers already making preparations to challenge that , according to reports reaching Lanka e news. The plan made yesterday to evict the CJ from her official residence on Saturday was withdrawn because there was a satyagraha staged in front of the CJ’s residence , and the Ministers who came to that venue were gobbling up kiribath , and because when there is a live coverage of that event , all the goons and hooligans of the Govt. and their actions would also be captured by the cameras, it is learnt.
