Jaffna uni students protest in solidarity with estate workers struggle

Students at the University of Jaffna held protests in solidarity with
Malayaga Tamils in their struggle to achieve a 1000 rupee minimum wage
on tea estates.
A protest was held by students at the main campus in Thirunelveli on
Tuesday, and earlier in the month by students at the traditional
medicine faculty in Kaithady.
