Complicit In The Murder Of Justice Worldwide

As people we have shared in removing
The Sword of Justice
From this global-concept…
In response to “Opening Pandora’s Box”, a reader wrote:
What amazes me is that abrupt change is not coming from some enlightened position, such as yours, and which it should but from the most stupid flash points, like this Bus fare crises in Brazil! (3)
Something like that is what sets people off, or like we just saw in Turkey a few park trees, next thing ya’ know the whole place is in flames ! Filled with every sort of insanity violence and repressions unleashed.
Here TV is still the top dog of mind control with all its talking head news-speak, its soaps and sports and pure mind candy crapolla. But then when you add in all the rest of the Totalitarian Control Mechanisms, its no surprise to me that they let us rant all we wish ! We are talking to the brain dead.
I heard the new stats on Medication in the US, shockingly 1/2 takes a med a day, 1/3 takes two, 20% takes 5 a day and many take a lot!
They only added up antibiotics, anti-depressants and pain meds, leaving out the rest, and no street drugs either many more millions daily.. Most people have a kitchen table top dedicated to rows of pill bottles and they ain’t taking vitamins and minerals, no - every one is a serious pharma-controlled med.
Who is left? Some day’s It seems like just you and me bro !
Pandora Pharmaceuticals can you hold please ! $4 scripts at Wally-mart what’s to rebel about again, I forgot? Food stamps have turned people into Chattel more than anything I have ever seen! And kept food prices quite high to boot.
And on and on, its so well under control only some really stupid mistake could ignite some recollection of previous humanity among seniors down at the center, but the pill trick would have to crash into the bed of the linen truck and then careen into the snack truck and on into the power pole and cell tower and the TV cable before anyone would notice a single thing !
So as long as Obama et al are careful not to set folks off, geez even with unbelievable criminality on all fronts, and still not a rock thrown? They must feel quite assured of themselves. Quite assured all is under control…
But will some sort of unlikely mistake wake people up? The draft was such a mistake back in the 60's woke kids up fast! Perhaps some sort of atrocity against kids again?
Student loans default FEMA camps or something bizarre and over the top? Something so heavy handed it exposes their naked reptilian skin? I just see it getting far worse as cell phones and texting have become the ultimate mind control tool way scary!
Got a Kirwan App Yet? Well GET ONE! Maybe someone will tune us in? Tweet it out Skype high and maybe it will go viral... But I don’t see McGrath or Joe Driving into every phone, nor anyone tweeting like it should be tweeted, flash mobs to where?
All flashing warnings to people who don’t want to be warned of anything, we’re interrupting the entertainment, and that is a sure way to loose audience share... We look so wilderness.
Nope the new world will be more like Tokyo, massive radiation and no one pays any attention as long as the cells and neon works...biology means nothing to the Brain Dead Zombies of Turkey or Brazil or Tokyo or California. Sad to say. What" is LA going to roid into - go looting cell phone app stores? Long gone is the need for a free TV and some cheap wine.
Its all been Clock-worked White, sanitized for your protection.”
The numbers directly being affected are a great many fewer people than most would consider ‘viable-opposition-figures’. The murder of Justice, on the planet worldwide, cannot go unanswered: Because when there is no longer any justice, ANYWHERE, then there’s no-where-left for anyone to go, once high-treason closes all remaining-exits. That’s where we are today. (1)
The Captured People
There’s a 33 minute video which outlines directly what this nation is just beginning to face. It’s called The Captured People.
After months of waiting, the purpose for the existence of the one-hundred mile wide Constitution-Free Zone that has finally been officially revealed. This is directly related to why it was created. This shows us how it will be used by the drones to totally observe, in detail, everything that anyone is or could be doing anywhere within this zone. It will also be used by some of the 30,000 drones inside what remains within the larger portion of the nation that will not be within the boundaries of this Constitutional Free-Zone. (2)
This nation is about to undergo the most savage and continuous-rape of the lives of our people, ever contemplated, by any outlawed-empire in all of human-history. Yet even this undertaking is not without the basic flaws that come with every human endeavor.
Everything in ‘The Conquered People’ depends entirely upon the criminal-preservation of illegally acquired data, (thoughtfully condensed for easy access in huge centers) and yet as everyone knows technology itself is also riddled with problems.
This attempt to retain and use such a massive amount of knowledge and data, about everyone in the nation, goes far beyond whatever was originally designed to empower our captors. The size and scope alone goes far beyond staggering, and totally discounts every real problem while hyping the ‘supposedly protected’ nature of what must be acquired - just to begin their lock-down of what used to be the United States…
The entire month of July might be our last time, to have a chance to live in an ordered way; before this firestorm of anal obsessions takes over the lives of most Amerikans. Those of us that resist this takeover, although small, will have our hands full to say the least. The rest will not have time to notice before they will be swept-away in whatever’s coming next.

Securities and Exchange Commission ignores COPE

sec logoLankanewsweb - The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has failed to submit a report on the controversial purchase of The Finance shares by National Savings Bank (NSB) requested by the parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) on March 21st. The NSB share purchase even figured in the impeachment of Chief Justice Dr. Shirani Bandaranayake.

COPE had summoned the SEC board to parliament on March 21st to inquire into the NSB share purchase. SEC Chairman, Nalaka Godahewa, Director General Prof. Harendra Disabandara, Deputy Treasury Secretary Dr. Batagoda, Deputy Central Bank Governor Ananda Silva, Priyantha Fernando, Dr. Prathiba Mahanama, head of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka Sujeewa Rajapakse and Lolitha Abeysinghe who is related to Presidential chief of staff, Gamini Senarath.
COPE had requested for a report on the controversial NSB-The Finance share purchase from the SEC. When COPE Chairman, Minister DEW Gunasekera had requested fro the report, SEC Chief Godahewa had said the Commission could not submit the report since it was with the Attorney general’s Department.
The opposition members in the COPE had silently listened to Godahewa’s explanation. However, governing party MP Prof. Rajiva Wijesinghe had questioned whether parliament was not considered supreme by the SEC when it was stated that parliament was superior to the country’s judiciary when the impeachment against the Chief Justice was being inquired.
DEW Gunasekera had agreed with Wijesinghe had ordered SEC Director General Disabandara to immediately submit the report to COPE. When the SEC Director General was preparing the report to be sent to COPE, the Presidential Secretariat had ordered an immediate halt to the report.
The director general had requested the official from the Presidential Secretariat who had telephoned him to allow him to resign from the post at the SEC since he did not wish to be punished for failing to carry out a parliamentary order. Disabandara then submitted his resignation from the SEC.
After Dhammika Perera (not the Casino Dhammika Perera), who is one of Godahewa’s lackeys assumed office, Perera had informed COPE that he cannot submit the report.
Sources from the Presidential Secretariat said that the President is pleased with the strength shown by the new director general and has decided to make him permanent in his post.
The NSB purchased 13% of The Finance shares at Rs. 50 per share when the price was estimated at Rs 30 per share. The NSB had spent Rs. 390 million on the transaction. It was Chief Justice Bandaranayake’s husband, Pradeep Kariyawasam who was the chairman of NSB at the time.
A senior official from the SEC said that the main respondent in the controversial transaction is none other than Central Bank Governor, Ajith Nivard Cabraal. The official added that it was surprising to see the silence of the opposition members in COPE although they have been given all the documents related to the controversy.

Sri Lanka: A State In Danger

June 25, 2013
failed statesColombo TelegraphSri Lanka slipped down to the 29th position on the 2013 Failed States Index, compiled annually by the Fund for Peace and the Foreign Policy Magazine. In the 2012 Failed States Index, Sri Lanka occupied the 29th place from the bottom.  This year’s drop by one position is due to deterioration of performance in 7 out of 12 categories: Group Grievance, Human Flight and Brain Drain, Poverty and Economic Decline, Delegitimsation of the State, Human Rights and Rule of Law, Factionalised Elite and External Intervention.
Group Grievance category includes pressures and measures related to discrimination, communal violence, powerlessness, sectarian violence, ethnic violence and religious violence. Human Flight is calculated taking into account migration per capita, emigration of educated population and human capital. Poverty and Economic Decline provides a composite figure for economic deficit purchasing power, government debt, GDP per capita, unemployment, GDP growth, youth employment and inflation. State Legitimacy is calculated by taking into account corruption, level of democracy, government effectiveness, illicit economy, drug trade, political participation, protests and demonstrations, electoral process and power struggles. Human Rights and Rule of Law includes pressures and measures related to press freedom, incarceration, civil liberties, religious persecution, political freedoms, human trafficking, torture, political prisoners and executions. Factionalised Elite is indicative of power struggles, political competition, defectors and flawed elections. External Intervention calculated the levels of foreign assistance, foreign military intervention, presence of peacekeepers, sanctions, presence of UN missions and credit rating.
In 2012, Sri Lanka’s total score was 92.2. Due to declining performances in some of the above areas Sri Lanka’s total score for 2013 increased to 92.9.
Another SI (Ranasinghe) also like SI Bamunusinghe involved in Vaas’ criminal activities
(Lanka-e-News-24.June.24,11.30PM) Lanka e news inside information division is in receipt of a report of another sub Inspector (SI) who had been involved in the crimes committed by the murderous DIG Vaas Gunawardena , after abducting innocent people and murdering them for blood money , apart from SI Bamunusinghe who is in custody and had made a confession to the CID . This criminal SI is Ruwan Ranasinghe , the OIC of Wariyapola police crime division.

SI Ranasinghe who is still serving at the same station has been a member of the murder squad of the Vaas when the latter was the SSP , Kurunegala .

Vaas had not got him transferred to Colombo for a special reason : Vaas owns 25 acres of coconut land at Narambanalla village , Wariyapola police division. This land is having a high fence round it with 12 entrances , and this SI Ranasinghe is looking after it for Vaas. So, this is why Vaas had not got down SI Ranasinghe to Colombo for his criminal activities after Vaas came to Colombo on transfer. When Vaas was serving in Kurunegala , SI Ranasinghe who was in Vaas’ special security detail ,like SI Bamunusinghe had been jointly with Vaas committing abductions of innocents and murdering them.

On e can imagine what a criminal squad of police officers were under Vaas if one learns how when Vaas was in the Kurunegala division , Ranasinghe and Bamunusinghe in uniforms had entered a house of a wealthy businessman and robbed gold and cash with impunity . Though the victim had complained to the police , because of Vaas’ influence and interference the robbery was sent underground.

Ranasinghe who joined the police force as an SI is married to a woman police officer . She is now attached to the Nikaweratiya police training school. Ransinghe who was very poor is now a rich millionaire after he joined the criminal enterprise of Vaas amassing wealth from criminal activities. He travels about in a latest model Toyota vehicle. He also owns 3 Tipper vehicles each of which can transport 6 cubes of materials in one load ; a Leyland bus ; and a Turbo intercooler keep (modified) . When modifying this vehicle he had fitted 4 large special tires worth Rs. 150,000/-. This SI Ranasinghe who is earning so much blood money , and has a house at Kumbuth wewa division , has taken lodging in an official house of the Nikaweratiya police which are meant for police officers without a house.

Though Ruwan Ranasinghe is an SI owing a duty to the public being paid a salary out of public funds , he spends all his time in the monumental businesses built out of blood money earned from the criminal enterprises of Vaas. His full time duty is looking after Vaas’ coconut land; making and selling fiber ; and collecting the check payments due to Vaas from the Pallebedde mill . In other words the OIC of Wariyapola police had been a whole time lackey for Vaas neglecting his duties towards the public . The other officers of the Wariyapola police are questioning , why is the IGP who is the chief of the police force deaf and blind to all these treacherous and traitorous activities of his subordinates? They are even more shocked why SI Bamunusinghe alone was taken into custody and not SI Ranasinghe who is as guilty or even more ?

Time Magazine Exposes Buddhist Terrorists in Myanmar

Mainstream magazine takes Burma's president by surprise, exposing the actions of an anti-Muslim monk named Wirathu who operates with near impunity.
Time Magazine on Buddhist terrorists
Time Magazine outs murderous Buddhist monk Wirathu this month, everywhere except America, that is.
(SACRAMENTO / FRANKFURT) - Time Magazine has outed the murderous Buddhist monk called Wirathu in this month's edition, he's the Nazi-like leader of the government sanctioned '969' movement in Burma and the ringleader in the ethnic cleansing of Muslim people there.
Of course Americans will see a different edition of the magazine.
This is the country after all, that is allowing the mass murder of Muslims to take place by turning a blind eye, so the yanks get a different version of the magazine than the rest of the world, as you can see below.
I have to wonder how many Americans realize that Time Magazine publishes several different regional versions of its publication each month. The Americans get the version that doesn't piss off corporate interests, the rest are more honest. Americans receive a "dumbed down" version. It is more in keeping with the ambitions of a country that murdered 1.5 million Iraqi people over bad intelligence. Of course many of America's victims in Iraq were also Christian.
We have written a great deal about the nature of mob oriented Buddhists in Sri Lanka and Burma in recent years.
The only two Genocides of the new century have been committed by Buddhists, while most Americans live under the false illusion that Buddhists have only peaceful tendencies, it could not be any farther from the truth.
Most Buddhists are fine, just as most Christians, Muslims and Jews are moral people, but Sinhalese Buddhists in Sri Lanka mass murdered 160,000 Hindus and Christians in 2009, and over the last year, Rakhine Buddhists in Burma, now called Myanmar, have been targeting and ruthlessly killing Muslims. Rohingya Muslims are the most endangered.
The Buddhists terrorists target people for being of the "wrong" religion, and don't think Buddhism isn't a religion, that is far from true. The excuse often given, that Buddhism is simply a faith, loses meaning when they slaughter people with machetes for being of the wrong culture. In fact it flies in the face of peaceful Buddhism the same way the Taliban fail to truly represent Islam, or the warring militant state of Israel fails to represent the Jews.
Myanmar President Thein Sein
Myanmar’s President has lashed out against Time magazine’s cover story on “Buddhist terror” for undermining government efforts to ease sectarian tensions in the country.
In a statement issued Sunday night, President Thein Sein said the Time lead article, The Face of Buddhist Terror, featuring Myanmar’s extremist monk Wirathu, could be "detrimental to the trust building between religions in Myanmar, and damage the image of Buddhism which has been the main religion of Myanmar for thousands of years." The President defended Wirathu as a member of the Sangha, the equivalent of the Buddhist clergy.
“Buddhist monks, also known as Sanghas, are noble people who keep the 277 precepts or moral rules, and strive peacefully for the prosperity of Buddhism,” his statement said.
But the notorious Wirathu stands accused of stoking anti-Muslim sentiments with his 969 movement, launched in February, that calls on Buddhists to boycott Muslim shops and businesses.
More recently he launched a campaign to pass legislation on marriages between Buddhist women and Muslim men that would require the women to receive prior permission from their parents and authorities and the men to convert to Buddhism. This is a stark violation of international law.
You can't make this stuff up, Buddhist '969' members celebrate their
anti-Muslim violence by wearing Nazi t-shirts. They all follow Wirathu.
The draft law was criticized by on again off again democracy champion Aung San Suu Kyi as being discriminatory and a violation of human rights.
One thing is certain, Wirathu, based in Mandalay, is no stranger to controversy. He received a 25 year sentence in 2003 for inciting anti-Muslim hatred, but was released last year under a general amnesty, far before his release date.
Rising sectarian violence has been among the greatest challenges to Thein Sein, who came to power in March 2011, and has since pushed through political and economic reforms.
In June 2012, Buddhist communities in the Rakhine State attacked Rohingya Muslims, leaving 167 people dead and 125,000 people homeless. That was the beginning of months of mayhem and nightmares, with Rohingya Muslims killed and abused, even tortured to death,
There have been at least three anti-Muslim riots this year in central and northern Myanmar, leaving thousands homeless.
Thein Sein, Myanmar’s first elected President in decades, insisted that his Government does not discriminate against Muslims.
"Although the majority of Myanmar people are Buddhists, the Government has recognized in Section 362 of the constitution that Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Animism as are the existing religions in the country," he said in his statement.
He called for mutual trust building among the religions to avoid undesirable conflicts in the country’s fledgling democracy.

20% Of Lankan Population Malnourished

Colombo TelegraphBy Charitha Ratwatte -June 25, 2013
Charitha Ratwatte
Malnutrition will cost the world US$ 125 billion
The politician responsible for national health care of the people has gone on record saying that over 20% of the population appears to suffer from malnutrition. He was speaking at a Pulasthi Knowledge Foundation event in Polonnaruwa.
Recent research by Save the Children in Ethiopia, India, Peru and Vietnam that infants who do not receive the necessary nutrients in the first 1,000 days of life, from conception to their second birthday, will suffer from developmental brain deficiencies that hold back their learning ability. This will cause a serious obstacle to the progress, both social and economic, of countries and communities suffering from severe malnutrition.
The Save the Children studies monitored 3,000 cases, showed that children who were malnourished scored 7% lower on maths tests and were 19% less likely to read a simple sentence by the time they were eight years old. They were also 12% less likely to be able to write a simple sentence and 13% likely to be in the correct grade in their school.
Save the Children points out that the problems of malnutrition have been ‘under-recognised and underappreciated’ by nations and communities which have traditionally relied on small holder small scale agricultural holdings and lower skilled sectors at the bottom of the economic ladder. This certainly seems to be the problem we are having.
It is not that people who are malnourished and stunted will not be able to get through a basic education; most of them will do so. But as countries need to improve the skills of the workforce into more technical and technological fields, limitations of capacity will emerge. Certainly at hi tech and tertiary levels there would be huge drawbacks. There will be a real constraint to a population’s enhancement of skills and capacity.

To Be Or Not To Be: Strategic Control Of The Northern Province

Colombo TelegraphBy Veluppillai Thangavelu -June 24, 2013
Veluppillai Thangavelu
Government desperate to strip Provincial Council powers before elections “To be or not to be”

is the famous opening phrase of a soliloquy in William Shakespeare’s play Hamlet.  In the soliloquy, Hamlet questions the meaning of life, and whether or not it is worthwhile to stay alive when life contains so many hardships. He comes to the conclusion that the main reason people stay alive is due to a fear of death and uncertainty at what lies beyond life.
Now the news comes that Elections Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya  had begun preparations to hold the Northern Provincial Council elections in September, although there is no  official confirmation yet.  Speaking further, Deshapriya said as of now the status quo regarding the registered voters would remain unless there is legislation to effect change to include a new voter list. On May 23, President’s spokesman Anura PriyadarshanaYapa, the Minister for Petroleum Industries, said that the NPC elections will be held in September and that any changes to 13A could only come after a broad public consultation. We also heard the President has given the go ahead instructing the Foreign Minister G.L. Peiris to hold the provincial elections. It is not understood what Foreign Minister has got to do with Provincial Elections when there is a Minister in charge of Local Government and Provincial Elections Mr.  A. L. M. Athaullah. But then in Rajapaksa‘s domain strange things happen with an elephant size cabinet consisting of 54 Ministers, 10 senior Ministers and 2 Project Ministers totalling  66 Ministers (excludes one Deputy Minister who is also a Senior Minister) and 29 Deputy Ministers!

Girl student sexually assaulted in Batticaloa near SLA, STF camps

[TamilNet, Monday, 24 June 2013, 01:36 GMT]
TamilNetTamil women from the East continue to be vulnerable to sexual assaults allegedly at the hands of Sinhala men even as another incident of sexual assault on a 17-year-old student was reported in Batticaloa district on Thursday last week.

A girl student from Veappaveddavaan village was rescued from a bush in a sexually abused state on Thursday.

The girl was sexually assaulted in Chengkaladi - Badulla A5 Highway that comes under Karadiyanaa’ru police limits within the division of Ea'raavoor-pattu (Chengkaladi) of the Batticaola district.

The girl is studying arts at GCE (A/L) level at Thannaamunai Va'lanaar School.

On June 20, she had reportedly left for the educational institution and was on her way to home when the abuse took place at Theakkangcheanai after the girl had got down from a bus.

It is reported the miscreants who committed the shameful act remain ‘unidentified’.

A Sri Lanka Special Task Force (STF) camp is situated at Iluppaiyadich-cheanai where the girl had got down from the bus. A Sri Lanka Army (SLA) camp is situated close to the site at Maavadi-oadai.

It may be recalled that a 45-year-old woman was abused last May by four Sinhalese men in the Batticaloa district.

In the meantime, SL military intelligence officers of the occupying Sri Lanka Army (SLA) in the north of Vaakarai are reportedly frequenting the houses of former LTTE members and combatants under the pretext of investigations and are attempting to sexually harass the wives while keeping their husbands in prolonged detention.

Sri Lanka withdraws controversial press code

AFP
Sri Lanka's president has scrapped a contentious code of conduct for journalists after editors and rights groups condemned it as a further blow to press freedom, government and media sources said Sunday.
Fox News - Fair & BalancedPresident Mahinda Rajapakse ordered his information ministry not to proceed with the proposed code of conduct bill, but instead leave it in the hands of senior editors to update their own code of ethics.
"The government will not go ahead with the code," a senior information ministry official told AFP on Sunday.
"The president met with editors on Friday and discussed the issue. They may or may not use elements of our draft," he added on condition of anonymity.
An editor who was at the meeting told AFP that Rajapakse made it clear that the government would not impose the proposed code on them.
The Editors' Guild of Sri Lanka is to discuss the development and issue a formal reaction next week, the editor said on condition that his name was not used.
Sri Lankan editors as well as international rights groups had said that the proposed bill was too sweeping and would curtail freedoms already under threat in Sri Lanka which is emerging from decades of ethnic war.
The New York-based Human Rights Watch and the Committee to Protect Journalists last week accused the government of mounting more pressure on the local media through the proposed bill.
The new code drawn up by the information ministry sought to prohibit "material against the integrity of the Executive, Judiciary and Legislature".
It also warned against the publication of content that "offends against expectations of the public, morality of the country or tend to lower the standards of public taste and morality".
Sri Lanka had been ranked 162 out of 179 countries in a recent press freedom index compiled by the Paris-based Reporters without Borders and media rights groups say journalists have been forced to self-censor.
At least 26 journalists have already fled Sri Lanka in the past five years to escape threats, intimidation, violence, and imprisonment, according to CPJ. At least five journalists have been killed in the same period.

Holding CHOGM in Sri Lanka “absolute sham” – Dr Saravanamuttu

23 June 2013
The Executive Director of the Colombo-based Centre for Policy Analysis has slammed the hosting of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Sri Lanka later this year.
Dr Paikiasothy Saravanamuttu called the awarding an “absolute sham” and criticised that Sri Lanka, a government accused of war crimes, will be the chair of the Commonwealth.
Dr. Paikiasothy Saravanamuttu Speaking at the London School of Economics, Saravanamuttu detailed continuing abuses committed by the Sri Lankan state, saying the government’s actions were sustaining the sources of the continuing conflict. Although the war ended in 2009, the country was far away from a post-conflict situation, he said.
Quoting a source from Jaffna, he said that “things look better but feel a lot worse”.
Saravanamuttu further detailed the collapse of the Rule of Law and the continuing and increased religious intolerance, highlighting that Buddhist group Bodu Bala Sena enjoyed political patronage from Gothabaya Rajapakse.
Also speaking at the event was Asanga Welikada, also of the CPA and a teaching fellow at the University of Edinburgh.
Welikada spoke of the “illiberal democratic” nature of the state, one that is ethnocratic and negates pluralism. He explained that the opposition UNP knew it had no chance of winning elections unless it won over the Sinhala heartland and it was for that reason the party recently outlined its constitutional principles and “recommitted to the unitary nature” of the state. Welikada said it was “impossible” to come to a pluralistic settlement and that there was only a theoretical possibility of the recognition of the existence of separate nations on the island.
Also speaking at the event was Uvindu Kurukulasuriya, a Visting Fellow at the LSE and former Director of the Sri Lanka Press Institute and Press Complaints Commission of Sri Lanka, before he was forced to flee. Kurukulusuriya detailed past and ongoing instances of the restriction of press freedom on the island, including the recent attacks on Uthayan newspaper.
